SO! After making this list here are some immediate thoughts I have on this. 

1. I’m way more behind than I thought – ah well
2. I did not know Heir to the Jedi was now considered canon. I have picked it up and put it down several times at the used bookstore for cheap so now I have regrets!
3. This is definitely a multi-year project, most definitely.
4. And there are a few on here I’m not 100% sure I’ll read still

  In general I’ve got all the original novels, this should be the YA and Adult novels. I’ve not included any of the Junior Reader novels or any of the Chapter Readers. I may end up with those in a few years (when Adora gets to reading age, if she’s interested) but as of yet this list is just for me. 

    I also left the novelization of the recent movies off. I’ve no interest at all in the Rogue One novel (my least favorite Star Wars movie). I also don’t have an interest in the Solo movie novel, but I am interested in Last Shot because I do love Lando. I do own, however, the novelizations of The Force Awakens and The Last Jedi so I may try those and see how they do. If they’re worth reading I could add them into the list later this year. There were enough… let’s say holes in the content of The Last Jedi that if the novel fills in some of those I’d be very interested in reading it. 

    This list is also not including the short list of comic series I’m watching/working through. Those are:

    This list will grow as the year goes on, I try to subscribe and pick these up as they come out as my husband also likes to read these. 

   That’s it as far as Star Wars novels. I do plan on eventually picking up books such as the Myths and Legends or the Women of Star Wars, but these are less of a pressing issue as they don’t tie super directly into the canon. I’m hoping to get to at least some of these, as I mentioned once before, this is definitely not a 2020 Goal, but a multiple year project.
