Today we’re supposed to pick a book or series that would makea great show or movie. 
There are a lot of obvious picks for this so I’m going with something different! I’m pretty sure this is going to be a unique pick, but I’m going with Lagoon by Nnedi Okorafor.
Weird stuff is in right? Honestly this is the weirdest thing I’ve read in a long time. Not only that but the plot and movie is about and takes place in Nigeria. It also involves a lot of culture and myth from the people that make that place home, so we get some wildly cool things here! It’d be different, and a HELL of a ride. And guys.
Aliens.
And if you enjoy weird SF then this is a book you have to pick up. It was amazing.
