A Reading Journal
Source: NetGalley - Thank you to the publisher! Tl;DR: A fun rom-com, it didn't quite click for me but I do recommend it if it interests you! Plot: This felt very much like a standard 'rom-com'. There was a TON of internal monologue which felt like it interrupted the plotCharacters: Fairly standard - one note... Continue Reading →
Source: NetGalley! Many Thanks to the publisher!TL;DR: A very enjoyable ending to the series. Sweet and wholesome. Thoughts: Ship Wrecked by Olivia Dade is, what seems to be, the final book in a trilogy that follows a cast from an ‘epic fantasy tv show’ that’s totally not Game of Thrones. Ship Wrecked follows Maria and Peter over... Continue Reading →
Source: NetGalley! Many thanks to the publisher! TL;DR: A fun Romance with a fantastical setting and western vibes. I would not go into this for the fantasy though, go for the romance and you'll be great! Thoughts: Fantasy meets Western meets Romance. That’s the best three words I can use for this book. Get a Life, Chloe Brown has been super hyped on my corners of the book-net, and so even though I don't usually enjoy contemporary or even go out of my way to find it I thought I'd give it a go since Romance is high on my list of 'easy to read' right now. Get... Continue Reading →
As always my goal for my Physical TBR is to knock it way down. I’ve got 25+ years of books collected throughout my house and I’m still bringing stuff in on the regular. I’m certainly of no delusion that I’ll ever be near a 0 physical TBR but I want to have mainly things I’m... Continue Reading →
I’m going to have to break this into two parts. I had no idea I’d read as many books as I had till half way through the month.    The books I read and reviewed/have reviews upcoming I’ll list here first, to help shorten this: Tristan Strong Punches a Hole in the Sky by... Continue Reading →
